Founded by John Comaish. John from the age of 17 has been involved in the outdoor media sector where he worked as an electrician within the Arthur Maiden group for many years.

John first set up as John Comaish Electrical in 1989, working on Maiden Outdoor advertising hoardings in the North West and Birmingham, this increased to the Yorkshire region in 1995. In 1991 John was awarded his first maintenance contract with Clear Channel UK to maintain their bus shelters in the North West.

In Novemebr 1994, John Comaish Electrical became a Limited company with the new name of John Comaish Advertising Services Limited. Over the years John and Beryl's three daughters have joined the company, firstly with his youngest Sue in 1993, followed by Karen in 1996 and then Janet in 1998.

25 Years
We celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2014 which we our very proud of. Despite many changes over the years the advertising hoarding portfolio we worked on at the very start for Maiden Outdoor is the same portfolio we work on today for Primesight.

Although the company is now headed by Karen with the support of both Janet and Sue, John is still very much on board and continues to provide a wealth of experience and advice. Beryl continues to work in accounts and together the family are still as commited in delivering the exceptional service to their clients as they were in 1989.
